Many enterprises are skeptical about starting an AI Transformation. That is not a surprise considering 85% of the AI projects fail. It is challenging to build up an AI initiative from scratch. Ben Taylor, Chief AI Evangelist, DataRobot, and host of the More Intelligent Tomorrow Podcast, is the guest on the podcast this week to talk about creativity and AI. Ben explains creativity with the following analogy. In a world, without AI the human has to come up himself or herself with the “lightbulb.” The AI provides the “lightbulb,” and the “lightbulb inspires the human” in a world with AI. We talked about other topics such as talent. Is it difficult to hire talent? Does an Enterprise need to hire an onsite team, or can they rely on consultants? Why do you need to hire talent that has made mistakes in the past? How long does it take to transform? Hint: AI is all about learning and keeping on learning.
